The RT-2C metal-bond diamond grinding tool is designed for initial concrete grinding, surface opening, and floor leveling. Its dual long-bar diamond segment design provides a larger effective contact area, delivering aggressive cutting performance while distributing grinding pressure more evenly for improved machine stability.

The dual-segment structure helps reduce vibration, irregular wear, and inconsistent grinding patterns during operation. It produces clear and uniform scratches, making it suitable for continuous grinding across large floor areas.

With stable cutting performance, the RT-2C effectively removes surface laitance, minor high spots, residual materials, and surface irregularities, creating a flat and consistent foundation for subsequent resin grinding and polishing stages.

Recommended Grits and Applications

• 20 Grit: Aggressive surface opening and heavy initial grinding for removing laitance, deep scratches, light surface residue, and noticeable high spots.
• 30 Grit: General-purpose concrete grinding and floor leveling, providing a reliable balance between cutting efficiency and scratch control.
• 60 Grit: Refines the coarse scratches left by 20- or 30-grit tools and creates a smoother transition to resin-bond grinding tools.

The RT-2C is suitable for standard concrete, dry-shake hardener floors, densified concrete, old floor restoration, and initial preparation for polished concrete. It is an ideal solution for projects requiring stable cutting, efficient leveling, and continuous large-area grinding.
