RT-406P

The RUNTAI RT-406P is a high-performance diamond polishing pad designed for fine polishing and gloss enhancement of concrete floors.

It is mainly used after resin grinding steps for surface refinement, fine scratch removal, fast gloss development, and high-gloss polishing.

The product is available in 800# and 1500# grits. The 800# grit is used to refine previous grinding patterns, remove fine scratches, and develop the initial floor gloss. The 1500# grit is designed to further improve surface brightness, clarity, depth, and overall gloss.

The RT-406P provides excellent floor contact, fast gloss development, fine polishing patterns, and stable shine. After polishing, the floor becomes smoother and more uniform, with reduced haze, dull areas, orange-peel texture, and localized gloss variation.

The series is suitable for polished concrete, densified concrete floors, dry-shake hardener floors, inorganic terrazzo, cement-based terrazzo, and old concrete floor renovation. It integrates smoothly with RUNTAI metal-bond and resin-bond grinding systems for fine polishing and final gloss enhancement.

Grit Applications
