The RUNTAI Eight-Segment Turbo Diamond Cup Wheel is a metal-bond diamond grinding tool designed for fast grinding and surface correction of concrete and cement-based materials.

It is suitable for surface opening, coarse grinding, floor leveling, uneven-surface correction, laitance removal, burr removal, and the removal of old coating residue.

The eight-segment turbo structure provides a reliable balance of sharpness, grinding efficiency, and operating stability. Multiple continuous cutting edges engage the surface quickly and improve material-removal efficiency. The evenly distributed segments help the wheel operate smoothly and produce more uniform grinding patterns.

The cup wheel is available in 30# and 60# grits. The 30# grit is designed for aggressive surface opening, coarse leveling, and fast material removal. The 60# grit is suitable for refining scratches after coarse grinding, surface correction, and transitional preparation before fine grinding.

It can be used on concrete, dry-shake hardener floors, densified concrete, stone, and other cement-based materials in both dry and wet grinding applications.

Grit Applications

30#: Suitable for aggressive surface opening, coarse floor leveling, uneven-surface correction, laitance removal, and fast removal of thicker surface residue.

60#: Suitable for refining scratches after coarse grinding, correcting the surface, improving flatness, and preparing a uniform foundation for subsequent fine grinding or polishing.
