The RUNTAI RT Round Honeycomb Resin Dry Polishing Pad is a diamond tool designed for the fine grinding and polishing of concrete, densified floors, terrazzo, and cement-based surfaces.

The series is available in 50#, 100#, 200#, 400#, 800#, and 3000# grits. Through a progressive coarse-to-fine process, the pads gradually remove scratches left by previous grinding steps, refine the surface pattern, and improve floor smoothness, clarity, and gloss.

The honeycomb design provides a reliable balance of grinding efficiency, dust removal, heat dissipation, and operating stability. Coarser grits are used for scratch refinement and initial surface preparation, medium grits provide fine grinding and smoothing, and higher grits are used for gloss development and high-gloss polishing.

The complete process is performed without water, making the pads suitable for dry-grinding applications where clean working conditions and efficient dust control are required.

Grit Applications

50#: Used after metal grinding or coarse grinding to remove noticeable scratches and begin surface refinement.

100#: Refines the grinding patterns left by the 50# step, reduces coarse scratches, and improves surface uniformity.

200#: Removes medium-level scratches and produces a smoother, finer floor surface.

400#: Used for fine grinding and transitional preparation before polishing, further reducing fine scratches.

800#: Used for surface refinement and initial gloss development, producing a clear and uniform shine.

3000#: Used for final high-gloss polishing, improving surface brightness, depth, clarity, and mirror-like reflection.
