The RUNTAI RT Triangular Honeycomb Resin Grinding Disc is a diamond tool specially designed for fine grinding and polishing of edges, wall lines, stair corners, and localized areas. It is suitable for concrete, densified floors, terrazzo, and other cement-based surfaces.

The grit range covers 50# to 3000#, allowing a complete process from coarse scratch removal and surface refinement to final high-gloss polishing. Coarser grits are used to remove visible scratches and marks from previous grinding steps, medium grits are used to progressively refine the surface, and higher grits are used to enhance clarity, depth, and gloss.

The triangular shape makes it highly effective for processing edge and corner areas that are difficult for traditional round pads to cover, helping create a more consistent grinding pattern and gloss level between large floor areas and edge zones.

Grit Applications

50#: Used after metal-bond tools or coarse grinding to remove obvious grinding marks and scratches and begin initial surface refinement.

100#: Used to refine the coarse grinding patterns left by the 50# step and improve floor uniformity.
