RT-triangular vacuum brazed diamond grinding disc

The RUNTAI RT Triangular Vacuum Brazed Diamond Grinding Disc is a diamond tool designed for aggressive grinding in edges and localized areas. It is mainly used for surface opening, coarse grinding, scratch correction, and localized leveling on concrete, densified floors, cement-based materials, and terrazzo surfaces.

The vacuum-brazed working layer offers fast cutting speed, strong material-removal capability, and excellent resistance to clogging. It is especially suitable for walls, column bases, stair edges, and other areas that large grinding machines cannot easily reach. The product can be used for initial coarse grinding and also as a preparation tool before subsequent fine grinding with resin pads.

The disc is available in 30# and 60# grits. The 30# grit is mainly used for aggressive cutting and fast material removal, while the 60# grit is suitable for refining grinding marks after coarse grinding and correcting the surface, allowing better transition between edge areas and large floor surfaces.

30#: Suitable for aggressive surface opening, coarse grinding, localized leveling, laitance removal, and treatment of deep scratches. It provides strong cutting power and fast material removal.

60#: Suitable for refining the grinding marks left by the 30# step, surface correction, and scratch optimization, creating a more uniform base for subsequent fine grinding or polishing with resin pads.
